GIVE BACK PROGRAM GUIDELINES
Q: What is the criteria for an organization to qualify?
A: Any organization can be named as beneficiary of our Give Back Program as long as it qualifies as a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Q: Do you charge a service fee for your travel planning services? Am I paying more for my vacation?
A: We are a boutique veteran co-owned travel agency that offers complimentary travel planning services. We have the ability to price match almost any vacation and all-inclusive package you find online. For cruises, our cruise pricing comes directly from the cruise lines. Additionally, once you book your cruise with us, our proprietary CRM system checks daily for any other discounts and promotions your cruise may qualify for. We pass those savings on to you.
Q: How does the Give Back Program work?
A: Once you book your vacation with us, request and submit our Give Back Program Donation Request Form. Approximately 60 days after you’ve completed your trip, we will send a check to your selected nonprofit organization. The donation amount is based on up to 25% of our proceeds/commission received for your vacation package.
Q: What are the valid dates for the Give Back Program?
A: Our program is valid all year! So, if you take one, two, or even 3+ qualifying vacations each year, you can submit each one for our Give Back Program. The Give Back Program qualifies for any promotions offered by our travel partners; however, it is not combinable with any other booking promotions offered specifically by Cruise Planners unless combinable.
Q: Can I name more than one nonprofit organization as beneficiary?
A: You can only name one organization per vacation package/reservation number. However, if you take 2 or more vacations each year, you can submit a different organization’s name as beneficiary for that particular trip.
Q: What products qualify as a vacation for the Give Back Program?
A: Any ocean or river cruise, custom created itineraries such as a European vacation, self-guided or escorted tour with a tour operator, all-inclusive resort or land vacation package that includes components such as air, hotel, and transfers/car rental, and/or travel protection qualify for our Give Back Program.
Q: What brands do you offer or work with?
A: We work with all the major cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Princess, Virgin Voyages, Cunard & Celebrity Cruises, specialty and luxury cruise companies such as Paul Gauguin, Windstar, Azamara, Regent and Oceania, river cruise companies including Viking, Uniworld, AmaWaterways, Scenic, and Tauck, American Cruise Lines, Walt Disney World Vacations, tour operators like Collette Vacations, CIE Tours, Ciao Italy, Globus Family of Brands, Classic Vacations, Contiki, RoadTrips, G Adventures, and so many more. We have an array of partnerships with many travel brands!
Q: What if I accidentally submit two Donation Request Forms at different times but for the same vacation?
A: We will use the most current donation request form received as the correct beneficiary for your vacation package.
